Worst service by this people. My friend ordered a book for me. They have sent wrong book. After receiving I found that book was not the one we ordered. When we spoke to customer care, they asked me return the book. I returned the book by DTDC courier and sent a photo of the DTDC receipt too. But neither I got the correct book nor the refund. After so many followup they sent a refund of Rs 200, wheres the book cost was 700. Again when I followed up they simply said will call back and no proper response. Such worst behaviour. For their mistake of sending wrong book, I have to loose money. I dont know with how many more customers they do so, Worst attitude these people have. I would suggest every one to be safe and cautious while making online purchase with these people.
