So far I have a fine experience with Giri Trading
I live in Delhi and for years I have been buying golu items right from golu padi to various murthies and other items like cricket set, Pongal set school set etc. My experience has always been good and one’s true reputation is displayed while facing a major problem.
In my Delhi branch I had paid an advance to buy rangoli designs and since it was in short supply I was assured that it would be dispatched from Chennai and would definitely reach Delhi before Navarathri begins and the person left the job without doing the needful. When I rang up to find out about the status of my order I went into shock. Then I immediately contacted the central customer care and spoke with Mr. Ganesh who was in charge of Delhi area and he was very courteous and helpful in resolving the issue and saw to that that the rangoli reach Delhi. I had placed this order for the gifts to be given to the ladies invited for Navarathri and so I highly appreciate the promptness with which Giri Traders addresses the issue
Giri trading does not deserve even a 1 star. We bought gollu steps for 25000 rupees and no one is responding for fitting them. When called they say we should have called earlier.
There is no ownership and I dont recommend you buy anything from them.
Please dont promote them as well.
Still waiting for the invoice after multiple phone calls to head office and the workshop, has been a month now. No courtesy of an acknowledgment either.
My orders very properly packed and everything was intact. Highly recommended.
Any item needed for Puja and other rituals Giri is the first place to knock when you are away from TN.
