Rare Music and Dance compositions King Sahaji-Sanskrit - English

Sri Sahaji Maharaj- a king of Maratta lienage in Thanjavur, Tamilnadu is a patron of linquistics, arts, art performances, music and sahitya karta (creator). He has in his credit around 500 credits which are still available in Saraswati Mahal of Thanjavur. Smt.Madhavi Rajagopal, a disciple of famous gurus of dance and music, has done research on the King's works and brought out a concise document on 15 songs, giving meanings to the verses both in Tamil and English, with detailed notations. A research and reference book for those who practice the dance and music at the next level.
