Vasthramalai Big
Vasthramalai is used to decorate the Kalash during festivals and religious rituals. It is provided as apparel to the deities after snan or abhishek. The Kapus Vastra, as it is often known, is composed entirely of cotton, a material that stands for disengagement.
The warmth of a devotee's love is symbolized by cotton, which is among the purest natural fibers known to man. Little cotton globules are painstakingly manufactured into garlands by artisans, who then string the garlands together to create stunning, elaborate designs. Vastra garlands, which are frequently connected to the Goddess Amman, are frequently used in South Indian temples and homes to adorn the idols of the Goddess on festivals and other important occasions.
