A Tamil synopsis of the predictions of significant global events in the following centuries, originally made by French physician and astrologer Nostradamus, is found in the book "Nosterdomes-Sonnathellam Nadakkirathu." According to research, most of his prophetic writings (mostly Bible-based) are paraphrases of old end-of-the-world prophesies.
A majority of the quatrains, which are all undated and based on predictions by the Mirabilis Liber, discuss natural disasters like plagues, earthquakes, wars, floods, invasions, murders, droughts, and fights. While some quatrains address these tragedies on a broad scale, others focus on a single individual or small group of individuals. Some cover multiple towns across multiple nations, while others cover just one town.
