This book describes the procedure for performing Sandhyavandanam for Srivaishnava Sampradaya. Sandhyavandanam is a Nitya Karma to be performed by every male born as a Brahmana, Kshatriya and even Vaishya Varga but is a predominantly followed practice by Brahmin community. After a male child is initiated into upanayana ceremony, performing this Nitya Karma thrice a day (Trikala) brings many boons to him and his family, while negating ill karma. This book has the procedure to perform Sandhyavandam for Srivaishnava sampradaya of both Vadakalai & Tenkalai Divisions & for all the three vedas- Rig, Yajur and Sama. Care has been taken to include the smaller sectoral difference between Vadakalai and Tenkalai, and also the special features of Ahobila Mutt followers. The mantras for the followers of Rig, Yajur and Sama veda have been given seperately wherever applicable. Every step is explained in Tamil with pictorial depiction. It also contains Ashtakharamantra japa and Brahmayajna procedure.
