Description
Dasavatharam Set consists of 10 dolls which projects the 10 avatharams of Lord Vishnu. These statues of Lord Vishnu are kept as golu dolls. Dasavatharam set is especially used as a display doll during golu. Golu is the display of statues of god and goddess and it is decorated with many dolls that symbolizes the human life. Golu is kept for 9 days during the festival of Navaratri. These dolls are handmade using papiermache. Papiermache is craft made from mashed paper and adhesives. These dolls are also kept in showcase and presented as gifts.
