Atharvaveda Samhita (3 Vols Set) - Sanskrit - English

The original Sanskrit text, its English translation, annotations, a verse index based on W.D. Whitney's translation, and Sayanacarya's Bhasya are all included in the edited and revised edition by K L Joshi. Many of the hymns found in the Atharvaveda Samhita are charms, magic spells, and incantations that are supposed to be uttered by the individual seeking healing.

There are numerous translations of the Atharvaveda accessible, but W.D. Whitney translated the full text into English together with interpretative and critical commentary, and Charles Rockwell Lanman edited it in 1905. That version served as the basis for the current edition's translation, which also includes Sanskrit content.
