Description
Sri Shodasha Mahalakshmi Pooja, is a guide for performing this pooja. Sri Mahalakshmi is worshipped in sixteen forms,as mentioned in Srividya. The thidhi nitya devis mentioned in Srividya is equated into respective Sri Lakshmi swarupam. The avahanam and upacharam are supported by the verses of Sri Suktam and for invoking each Lakshmi form, the respective Thidhi Nitya devi's moola mantra are used along with Sri Lalitha Trichadi. The step by step process is given in detail without missing any component. As addendum, Sri Lakshmi Kubera Pooja vidhi and Sri Devi Kadgamala namavali is given. Performing this pooja on sukla paksha thridiya (third day after new moon) would bring the blessings of Sri Mahalaksmi in abundance.
