Description
Sri Saraswathi - adorned with ornaments and decoration is made of Panchaloha, beautifully crafted, seated on a padma peeta with all her four hands holding and playing veena, pustaka, japamala, enjoying her music expressing through her smile the bliss. Sri Saraswathi, mother of creativity and imagination, has her left leg folded and kept in lap and her right leg touching the ground. Adding to the beauty is the thiruvachi behind the deity, attached to the asana (seat). Worshipping Sri Saraswathi with Sahasranamam and moola mantra " Aim, hreem, Vaagvaadhini …", enriches knowledge and skill. Can be kept in temples as utsava moorthy.
