Description
Kurma Aarthi, is one of the aarthi's offered in Madhwa mutts or in temples of Karnataka state. Made of good quality heat resistant brass metal, this Kurma arthi has antique properties. The arthi is designed and decorated traditionally. The tip of the plate has an image of a tortoise. The plate is designed with nine holes for placing wicks. The handle of the arthi is long and thick which enables the holder for convenient swaying in front of the deity. Ideal for temples and houses.
Aarthi is done during Hindu pujas in Temples at homes.
