What is My Account?

We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account" after you sign in to your account. With "My Account" on you can
• Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids

• Track the status of your orders
• See your Wishlist, share your wishlist
• Create Customer Care tickets for your orders and other queries

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. An email notification will send for your order, to the email address associated with your website account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Will the product be WYSIWYG ? (What You See  /   What You Get)


Yes, All the products will be WYSIWYG, but Product colour/size/appearance/pattern may slightly vary due to photographic/Photoshop/imaging lighting sources or your monitor settings. The picture given in the website is only for understanding the pattern/ shape of the product. There could also be additional properties used to enhance the appearance of the product /to depict or represent the usage of product, etc., clearly to the customer, such additional properties will not come along with the product.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Yes, the item which you had added to your wish list at a point of time may not be in stock now, such cases you can sent an email to Our customer support team will reply you aptly. Payment for such orders also has to be paid in advance.

Is it necessary to sign up and have an account to do online shopping?


Not Necessary. You Can proceed to place Order through Guest Checkout. But we recommend to register to get our discount and offer updates.

Also, by registering, we will understand your requirements and serve you better thereby.


How do I make a payment for an Order at


We connect with our customer for payment through CCavenue PG & Razorpay PG which are user friendly, SSL certified and secure. Through these Payment gateways, you can pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI’s etc.,

All your Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. GIRI and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?


We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. GIRI and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.


Do you have Cash on Delivery?


GIRI does not provide Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option currently.


I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?


There are certain taxes levied for inland transhipment too, which are named under different terms for different cities, For Ex: Octroi in North India, Any such taxes applicable will be payable by the customer. Please pay such applicable tax(s) to the courier company if requested. We do not collect such taxes while collecting payment your order and its shipment. 


Why should I pay Duties and Taxes for export order?


Import Duty and Tax as applicable at Destination country has to be borne and paid by Customer or Consignee only at destination only. These charges are applied by the destination country based on certain criteria which are ascertained only after the package is received at the destination.


How do I check the current status of my orders?


You can review the status and other information of all your orders, pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “Sign In” link in the top right of any page on our store and Sign In to your account. This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

What do the different order status mean?


• Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
• Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
• Complete: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.
• Pending:  While placing Order sometimes payment must have not gone through or the PG server communication must have failed. In such case Order shows as pending.
• Cancelled: The order was cancelled.
• Partial Shipment: Your Order must have been split as 2 parcels and dispatched or due to non-availability some items must have not been sent. So, in such cases it is said as partial shipment. Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

When and how can I cancel an order?

Packaging, Shipping and Delivery


How are items packaged?


Packaging is done by a team of experts, who specialise in packing the products we deal with, as we understand their importance. The packing is done based on the nature of the product. We take utmost care for each and every product of an order, check for quality and quantity for each order and proceed for packing. The packing process will differ from product to product based on the Nature and Size, dimensions. The packing charges for most of the items are added along with the shipping charges, while for a product with a weight of 5 kgs and above the packing shall be quoted separately based on the destination to send.


We have added packing weight as a variable to each product, which will reflect in the product weight. The packing charges are also applicable for all products for shipment outside India. 


Packing of Delicate Nature Products:


Clay, Papermache, Terracota, Glass, Metal articrafts, Stone make articrafts, Soft stone articrafts, Fibre make, mableduct, Marble and other delicate natured products - GIRI takes utmost care in packing these products & employs experienced courier, shipper and logistic agents to deliver goods across the globe. The Company has a very good track record of delivering the goods, adhering with safety procedures, certifications and stipulations that is applicable in India. Despite, of these safety measures, there are chances that product may get damaged in transit due to manhandling at different levels. And, for such damages occurred during transit and due to manhandling outbound the limits of our premises, GIRI cannot be held responsible. 


How will the delivery be done?

• Working Day: Monday - Friday.

• Ship time: Time taken for Fulfilment + Packing+ Logistics connecting time. 

• Delivery Time: Time taken for each logistics service differes with the products to product and destination to destination for each and every Logistics service.


National shipments:


 Registered Post - Minimal shipping charges applicable for all items. Transit time 5 to 7 working days

Speed Post - Premium Shipping charges, applicable for all items. Transit time 3 to 7 working days

Metros & Prime Cities - 2 to 4 working days

Yes we do!! GIRI has been servicing across the globe for almost 10 years and our logistics partners for international shipments are DHL, FedEx, UPS, Citi network,. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world.


Air Shipments

For Orders below 15 kgs weight, Normal in transit time is 5 to 10 Business days

For Orders 15 kgs and above 15 kgs weight, Normal in transit time is 10 to 20 Business days

At odd instances, this may vary due to extraneous circumstances.


How can I track the delivery of my order?


All Orders placed with GIRI are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.


Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?


We at GIRI, have a mechanism to check each and every product ready for shipment at 2 points, procurement and packing. So it has been a rare case in our records that a defective has got shipped. Each and every product is checked based on their attribute and usage and then processed for packing, so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. But, again as an option to make Customer to be at ease, we have options to notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product, and we will try to resolve your refund request.
